iXplore Invite Procedures

Here is how you send an invitation to show the plan yourself using the iXplore for Univera on the Net Impact site. You can show it to one person at a time or you can set up a conference call and show it to many at the same time.
Step 1: Go to www.netimpact.us
Step 2: Click on site for Associates
Step 3: Click Login/Register
Step 4: Log in with your Univera #
Step 5: Go to My Office and click Marketing
Step 6: Click on Names List (if your prospect is already on your list, go to step 9)
Step 7: Click Add a new name to your list
Step 8: Add name and e-mail address and click “Add the name”
Step 9: Click Prospecting Emails
Step 10: Click “Create” under Individual Presentations
Step 11: If you are doing a one-on-one, enter date, time and leave I will call you button clicked
Step 12: If you are doing a group presentation, you will need a conference call number and click the button Please call me at… then type the conference call number in the box.
Step 12: If it is a conference call, put all of the dialing instructions in the “PS” box below.
Step 13: Click send a message to your names list
Step 14: Select the names of the people you want to send the email message to or select all to choose the entire list.
Step 15: Click Email selected contacts

Here is how you make the presentation to prospects that have been invited to see the plan from you. Whether it is one or many follow the following steps
Step 1: Go to www.netimpact.us
Step 2: Click on site for Associates
Step 3: Click Login/Register
Step 4: Log in with your Univera
Step 5: Go to My Office and click Marketing
Step 6: Click Show Presentation
Step 7: Call your prospect on the phone or call the conference call number
Step 8: When you are ready, read the script and click Next button
Step 9: repeat step 8 until you are finished with the presentation.
Step 10: Ask them if they are interested in Points or Profit.
