Follow-Up Email after enrolling the Customer/Associate on a CP:

Hi Janet,

It was great to talk with you on Tuesday. I enrolled you on a Convenience Plan today, so that you can take advantage of the best pricing as well as the $50 coupon.

The total that will be charged to your credit card for your monthly orders is $???.

Include the next paragraph only if the email is to a Customer. Include the Customer’s current ID# and leave the Enrolling Associate section blank (to avoid confusion.)
I am faxing you a copy of your enrollment form which will show you the total of your monthly orders. Please sign in the 3 spots on the right and fax back to me. I will send on to the company, so that you will get credit for all your volume points.

Remember, you’ll get the best results from using the Xtra by taking it compliantly – an ounce of concentrate at breakfast (diluted with a couple ounces of water) and then drink a mini at lunchtime or shortly thereafter.
