MyNivo Univera – Success Pattern

After they say “yes, I want to see the presentation…”
1. Tell them you will send them an invite via email and a link to your website. Ask them to check out the information on the website before the presentation. Tell them what they will see on the website’s first page and how to get to “Learn More”. Point them to specific information on the second page based on their personal situation.
2. Tell them you will call them 30 minutes before the presentation to make sure they received your email and the link to the presentation works. Ask them what number to call them on and since you know they have caller ID will they recognize your number and answer (you can ask this jokingly but it is critical)??
3. Send them this generic link http://www.mynivo.net/gt.php?cm=d2e3e2 for the scheduled presentation and this link www.mynetimpact.com/xxxxxxx (your 7 digit Univera #) to your website.
4. Call them 30 minutes prior to the presentation to confirm they received your email. Have them click on the link for the presentation to make sure the small MyNivo program loads on to their computer and that they are signed in to the presentation. When they click on the link they will be assigned a Guest number – Guest123, as an example. Ask what their unique number is so you can see them on the presentation and text with them if desired.
5. On the “30 minute prior call” also confirm that they have visited your NetImpact site. If they have not, now is a perfect time for you to help them go to your site. This is critical because we will no longer have 45 minute presentations with a Doctor doing an excellent job of introducing Ageless Xtra – you can now have something even better – Stephen introducing our products !!
6. The last thing you want to confirm on the “30 minute prior call” is that you will call them after the presentation to “answer their questions”.
7. We recommend having a Team member on the phone (or at least available) when you call your guest after the presentation. Team will help you help your guest decide what course of action is appropriate for them. Remember, most people are looking for direction. They need to be lead and if you are not prepared to do that yet, do them a favor by having a Team member help you. This may be your guest’s only chance to alter their aging process and/or change their financial future.

1. Send and promote the links
2. Set up the “30 minute prior call”
3. Make the “30 minute prior call”
4. Help them log on to MyNivo (the presentation) and get their Guest #
5. Make sure they visit your site (again or for the first time)
6. Confirm your call immediately after the presentation
7. Make the call immediately after the presentation with a Team member
