Net Impact BIO FAQs

Some FAQs regarding you netimpact BIO:(thanks to Rex Miller)
How much time does it take for me to see my edits? - Your edits are live as soon as you click the UPDATE button. If you are seeing old information, your web browser is caching it. Please clear your cache, or simply shut down your browser and reopen it.

Are there any number of character limits when I'm editing?- There are currently no character limits when editing. However the shorter the HEADING, the better. It should really be no longer than 100 characters, but again, there are no physical restrictions.

Where can I get more info about editing without having to go through this very slow process?- I am currently working on the Tutorials for all areas of the Web Site. Once they are live, you will see a link for them in the upper right of the screen where the Email Support link is.

Do you have live chats?
- I currently do not have live chats, however we are working on using the MyNivo Meeting Room for a Live Q & A. Once those are up, there will be a registration link on the web site to register. They should be available once per week. The fastest way is via these support tickets or directly to support@mynetimpact.com
